Inclusion for racial and ethnic minorities is a key challenge for communities in the new century, and the most successful companies will be the ones that move aggressively to find ways to make inclusion an everyday business reality.

Minority Business Directory
This current listing of Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) contains some MBEs that have been certified through the City of St. Louis, St. Louis Lambert Airport, State of Missouri, Bi-State Development Agency and the Missouri Department of Transportation. This directory also contains some members of The St. Louis Minority Business Council and The St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association (RCGA).

Resource Guide
These resources are intended to be used primarily as a diversity tool. The resources include companies that assisted in the development of the site, organizations recommended by those involved with the site, organizations found through research and other national organizations. It is important to the Initiative to include all business related resources dedicated to and involved in diversity issues.
